Our approach has three elements:
Optimisation – devise a modified or new business model to optimise your daily performance
Change – define how to make the change that will deliver a new level of optimal performance
Mentor – provide support throughout the process to help you establish and develop your new business model
It starts with an assessment of stakeholder requirements leading to strategic objectives set over a fixed timeline.
We define the current state of the business model and performance.
We review the external environment using the STEEPLE analysis tool and update market trends, customer developments and competitor models to inform the desired future state that includes new or modified business models.
We design the new or modified business models in detail but with some assumptions that will need to be tested through experiments internally or externally depending on the detail. This may take you some time depending on the nature of the assumptions to be tested.
Once the business model detailed designs are tested and ready we will finalise the business processes required to deliver the models and identify for removal any old and irrelevant processes.
The skills required will also be defined at this stage.
This will allow the change programme to be defined and an implementation plan and timetable drawn up.
